The New England Chapter is an affiliate of the American Orff Schulwerk Association (AOSA). AOSA is a national organization that provides professional development opportunities via their website and a National Conference and much more. The National Conference is held in November and in a different location each year. The 2024 conference will be held in Des Moines, Iowa on November 13-16. You must be an AOSA member to apply for the scholarship! If you are not a member of AOSA, you must join before applying for the scholarship. Click the link here to access their website. Please note that the scholarship committee will verify your AOSA membership.

Requirements:

1. You must be an active Season Package Registrant of the New England Chapter (NEAOSA).
2. You can only apply for a conference scholarship every 5 years; however, exceptions have been made in the past.
3. You must write a testimonial that details your conference experiences. If you wish, this article may include a newly developed lesson plan based on a session you attended at the conference.
4. Complete the online scholarship form below to apply. The deadline to apply is Saturday, October 11, 2025.

Note: If unexpected circumstances arise that prevents you from attending the AOSA conference, you must return the scholarship to the chapter.
