A Day Only Registration entitles you to attend ONE workshop of the six-workshop season. Complete this form if you intend to participate in the upcoming workshop.

Non AOSA National Member Day Only Registration:

Registration is a two-step process. 

1. Please complete and submit the NE/AOSA Season Package Registration Form below.
2. Complete your payment using one of the following options:
   
   

A) Pay by PayPal

1. Follow the prompts in the form to complete your payment via PayPal before submitting the form.​
2. ​If you do not have a PayPal account you may complete your payment as a guest. For those who need a more detailed explanation, click here.
   *please note that a $5.00 fee will added to the cost of each online registration

B) Pay by Check: 

1. Make the check payable to NE/AOSA
2. Mail it to the treasurer

Your registration will be processed once the treasurer receives your personal information and your payment.
